2006 was a great year and we are looking forward to 2007! We had lots of exciting times on the circuit this year and many 1st ( and that's hard to believe)! For example: 1st Team to win Tunica Rivergate Festival 2 Times! 1st time to ever miss blind box time in Galax, VA with the Hog box! Won our 4th Grand Championship at Cleveland, MS Octoberfest and this was also the 1st trial run for "blind finals". We also finished out the year with winning Grand Champion at the 1st Mid-South BBQ Championship in Jonesboro,AR! We were "Team of the Year, Whole Hog Team of the Year, Shoudler Team of the Year, and Rib Team of the Year)! Come by and have a frosty beverage and we'll serve up some small talk! We are so excited about our latest Grand Championship! We are now 3 time defending champions for The KC Fine Swine contest! Anytime you defend a "GC" you are under a little more pressure to do well. We want to thank all the other teams for the competition and friendliness.

WOW! We have always wanted to win this contest. It is practically in our "backyard". We all live 5 minutes from the cook. It was a very special win and we look forward to representing the State of MS as its Grand Champion.

Wow! How great it was to win our second Grand of the year. We won Philly with our Shoulder and Rib took 1st place as well! We got a 5th place whole hog. Congrats go out to Barnyard Roasters for tripling and Fireman John's for doubling! See ya'll in Southaven.

Grand Champion Polar Pig Fest 2004!!
We want to congratulate all the teams who cooked in the Polar Pigfest 2004! It was cold all weekend, with temps in the 20s & 30s and snow on Saturday during judging. Not only was it demanding during the cooking process, keeping the right temps on the grills, but it was also a challenge to keep the judges from freezing while sampling our fare! We want to thank all the judges for coming out during such extreme weather.
We won the Grand Championship with our Ribs! We also got 2nd in Whole Hog and 6th in Shoulders.
